Welcome to 2022 and to our first newsletter.
We formed ClearTrust Claims LLP (CTC) in 2021 to provide assistance to the many older veterans who served our country but remain at risk due to asbestos exposure, as well as to their family members and civilians who may also suffer from asbestos-related diseases.
The partners in our firm have a history of helping those in need. When we discovered that persons suffering from asbestos-related diseases without a cancer diagnosis were not viewed as a good client fit by the law firms already representing asbestos victims we took action.
By providing assistance to this unserved group we help them recover the money from the asbestos trusts funds to which they are entitled. There is no fee to see if you qualify. CTC only charges a 10% contingent fee plus expenses for handling successful claims.
As asbestos-related diseases take 20-50 years to develop, symptoms typically do not arise until long after a service member has retired. In this issue, our Chief Legal Officer, Geoffrey Bestor, in his article, If Your Doctor Has Not Officially Diagnosed Your Disease As Asbestos-Related, outlines the CTC process of documenting asbestos exposure for those with doctors who have not diagnosed their diseases as asbestos-related.
Our second article, The Noticeable Difference, is written by Larry Dandridge our Veterans’ Benefits Adviser and a CTC claimant. He provides a glimpse into some of the differentiating aspects of CTC versus asbestos litigation law firms.
I invite you to stay subscribed. Each month our partners will provide valuable information about the asbestos trusts and claims process. In the meantime, you can learn more about us by visiting our website and on LinkedIn.
We hope you have a joyful and successful year.
