Client service is a core value at ClearTrust Claims LLP (CTC) and drives so much of the work we do to advocate for military veterans, family members, and civilians who may suffer from asbestos-related diseases.
We have created our client service experience to begin with the CTC eligibility form. Designed to be as simple and easy as possible to fill out, the eligibility form asks for the bare minimum of information necessary for CTC to determine if a veteran, family member, or civilian may qualify for asbestos trust compensation payments.
The eligibility form asks for basic information in several categories, including (1) the medical condition(s) you currently have, (2) your military service if you are a veteran, and (3) your civilian employment. All information received by CTC is kept private and treated confidentially. So why do we ask for this information? To better serve you, because CTC very much wants to help you obtain asbestos trust compensation if you qualify.
In order to qualify for an asbestos trust payment, CTC must confirm that you (1) have been diagnosed with one of several specific asbestos-related diseases; (2) have spent at least six months exposed to the specific trust company’s asbestos; and (3) have been exposed to asbestos from any source for at least five cumulative years. The information you provide in this questionnaire will enable CTC to determine whether you might have a claim worth pursuing.
For those who CTC determines may be eligible to file a claim, and who want CTC to help them, our client service experience moves next to the representation step – signing a representation agreement with CTC. This is a simple, no-cost step that puts all the resources of CTC at your service to obtain asbestos trust payments for you.
You served us, now let us serve you.
